So that employers can experience how the Achiever assessments are administered and how the feedback from the reports can be used, the Answer assessment is offered on a complimentary basis. The Answer assessment utilizes the same questionnaire as the Achiever and provides a similar report based on the same mental aptitudes and personality dimension measured by the Achiever. The Answer allows provides a benchmark questionnaire that allows you to establish a benchmark based on the requirements of your job. Your scores will then be presented relative to this benchmark just as they are on the Achiever. The Answer also includes a narrative description of your score in each aptitude and dimension measured and development suggestions to help improve performance.
